Hi there! My name is Rachel. For as long as I can remember, I've had a deep love for food—the smells, tastes, and the joy it brings when shared with others. Growing up, I tried various sports and activities but found my true passion in cooking, starting with my love for baking. 

As my skills and tastes developed, I enrolled in Whole Foods' Young Chefs Academy, where I learned knife skills, kitchen safety, and cooking techniques. While others asked for toys and games, I requested a sushi knife, chef's coat, and food processor.

In high school, I considered culinary school but opted for a traditional college path, continuing to cook and learn whenever possible. Studying abroad, I exchanged recipes with my host mom in Spain and took a memorable cooking class in France. Post-graduation, I invested in a quality knife set, always eager to refine my craft.

The pandemic reignited my culinary passion, leading me to start @fullplatefresh on Instagram, where I document my creations. Now, I'm dedicated to using my talents to bring people together through carefully prepared food in a curated setting.
I created All Live to embrace the timeless elegance of shared moments. Much like the olive, a symbol of harmony and companionship, the culinary journey offered is crafted to unite and delight. Each dish created, each conversation sparked, is a testament to the richness of human connection.
